Rafael Rivera - Mexico City

The Mexican Arquitect  Rafael Rivera is a fan of Listone as he has it in his own house.  He featured Listone Giordano in some very important projects.

The product used is a special version of CIvita , described as steamed Oak  He selected a refined Hungarian fishbone pattern on the floor and random straight planks on the walls and ceilings, very trendy vertical application. Fot the Roof Gardenhe he chose Ash Thermotreated decking in 145 mm width. The whole house surface is around 300 msq. The concept is very interesting as it is a very old one, from the past century. It has undergone a total refurbishment whilst keeping the façade intact. The decoration is pretty neat, not modern but he would  described it as "modern-classic".
