Emanuel Gargano

“The Fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio are universal laws that encode the harmony of nature. With Phibon, these formulas become matter to generate a profound and almost unconscious well-being: an infinite surface that envelops the space, where mathematical rigor meets the warmth of cork dust to elevate us through beauty.”
Emanuel Gargano
Emanuel Gargano was born in Assisi, the place where he received his creative training and where he maintains his roots to this day. Following his studies at ISIA in Urbino and his experience in London, he realized his vocation aimed at interweaving the concepts of “void” and “nothingness” within space and art. Today, his professional life is divided between his studio in New York and his workshop in Assisi, where he develops an artistic and spiritual approach spanning architecture, industrial design, and the study of light. Winner of the Compasso d’Oro in 2016, his work reveals a profound connection with natural matter, shaping its elements in search of their inner soul.
Phibon
Emanuel Gargano
Natural Genius Phibon, the visionary work designed by Emanuel Gargano for Listone Giordano, represents a perfect synthesis of mathematical rigor and organic poetry. The beating heart of the project is the Fibonacci sequence, the golden code that governs the growth of forms in nature.
