An elegant apartment at the foot of Vesuvius
Located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, this 90-square-meter open-plan apartment represents an authentic architectural masterpiece. Designed by architect Maurizio Vesce, the space manages to blend functionality and sophistication in perfect harmony.
“Every detail, from the materials used to the layout of the spaces, is designed to create a cozy atmosphere.” Listone Giordano parquet flooring, in the Grigio di Luna shade, envelops the interior, lending warmth, while black paneling conceals secret passages and closets, creating a striking dramatic effect.
The separation between the living and sleeping areas is stark, highlighted by a swinging door integrated into the entrance paneling. The living area, enhanced by black lacquer details and the Standard sofa by Francesco Binfaré for Edra, opens onto the Modulnova kitchen, where black reigns supreme.
In the sleeping area, white lacquer and minimalist lines create an elegant contrast that amplifies the feeling of order, also reflected in the bathrooms, true examples of refined design. The bedroom bathroom is embellished with marble-effect stoneware and embossed tiles, while the second bathroom, clad in gré log and mud gray resin, is distinguished by the yellow Caterpillar bathroom cabinet.
The laundry room, discreet behind large sliding doors in the hallway, testifies to the attention to detail. Lighting, designed by Prolicht, Reggiani, Arkos and Oty Light, enhances the materials and finishes, while sanitary fixtures by Cielo, Gessi faucets and Laminam slabs lend a touch of understated luxury.
Marazzi and Kerakoll ceramics along with Elitis France wallpapers complete the environment with elegance. This apartment is a true celebration of contemporary design and style.
