A Floating Dream on the coast of Tel Aviv
On the coast of Tel Aviv, where the sea and sky merge into a serene horizon, architect Nadav Shoval has shaped a residence that transforms a private vision into an architecture of measured calm. The apartment is conceived as a vessel — a “floating dream” anchored on land — where materials, proportions, and light blend together in harmonious balance.
Here, the sea is not simply a view; it is the very heart of the project. The main suite opens fully toward the living area, the terrace, and the open water beyond.
The layout follows the client’s lifestyle — precise, unhurried, essential. The kitchen, conceived as a discreet architectural element, remains visually quiet, allowing focus on what truly matters: the rhythm of light, the experience of rest, the uninterrupted gaze toward the sea.
The home’s sensory foundation lies in its surfaces. Listone Giordano’s Natural Genius Fabrique Graphit collection defines both the floor and wall cladding, uniting the apartment in a single tactile and chromatic rhythm.
Its woven texture and subtle sheen evoke the softness of fabric, creating a dialogue between structure and intimacy — between the strength of wood and the delicacy of light.

In Shoval’s hands, Fabrique becomes more than a mere finish: it is a medium that absorbs and reflects the shifting tones of the sea, grounding the space while amplifying its fluidity.
Dream Boat is an ode to proportion and tranquility — a meditation on how materials, light, and the sea can converge into a single architectural gesture.
