A penthouse in the heart of Tel Aviv
Located in the lively center of Tel Aviv, this 180 m² apartment—enhanced by 24 m² of sunny terraces—is located in a recently constructed boutique building.
The Israeli studio Oshridana drew inspiration from the harmony of shapes, starting from an ancestral concept linked to mythological roots and musical resonances that permeate the entire concept. As in music, where distinct notes blend into a coherent whole, here too balance emerges from the deliberate contrast: unified by the warm grain of the oak and the tonal depth of the finish.
At the heart of the interior design is a defining feature: Listone Giordano Filigrana Monteriggioni parquet flooring, laid continuously throughout the living area. Made of oak with a warm, rich Monteriggioni finish, this wooden floor gives substance and soul to the home. The alternating widths of the planks, 140 and 190 mm, introduce a subtle rhythm to the layout, creating a dynamic and structured base that enhances the spatial perception and natural flow.
More than just a surface, the Monteriggioni oak floor defines the aesthetic style of the apartment. Its tactile quality and handcrafted details lend modern architecture a timeless elegance. Here, a dialogue emerges between opposing design ideals: structure and fluidity, luxury and sobriety, raw and refined.

The name “Harmony,” inspired by its mythological roots and musical connotations, perfectly captures the spirit of the project. As in music, where distinct notes combine to form a coherent whole, this design achieves balance through thoughtful contrasts, united by the warm grain of oak and the tonal depth of the Monteriggioni finish.
Each element has been selected and orchestrated with meticulous care. The result is a refined environment with a strong identity: calm yet expressive, decisive yet harmonious. A true fluid fusion of elegance, character, and innovation.
