F+C House: refined architecture with a green soul
Architect Michele Perlini’s latest project is a monolithic masterpiece where design, light, and the surrounding environment come together in perfect harmony.
Located in a scenic position, the sculptural and monolithic F+C House is nestled in the green hills of Verona, in the renowned Torricelle area. The property covers approximately 2,500 square meters and offers 300 square meters of living space.
The project is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, a large open space houses the living area, separated from the kitchen and dining room by a large water vapor fireplace, custom designed by Michele Perlini.
The spaces open onto the garden through large windows. On the north side is the private garage. A striking suspended staircase, backlit and custom-designed, leads to the first floor, where the Japanese-inspired master suite is located, with an open bathroom and walk-in closet.

For the flooring, an Ostuni 1506 oak parquet from the Atelier Heritage Filigrana collection by Listone Giordano was selected, bringing to the spaces the warmth that only a wood surface can provide. The natural color of the wood blends in with the other surfaces and high-end furnishings expertly chosen by the architect.
F+C House is an exemplary representation of Michele Perlini’s design philosophy: essential but rich in detail, where every element contributes to creating a harmonious dialogue between the interior spaces, the exterior, and the surrounding natural environment.
