F+C House: refined architecture with a green soul
Architect Michele Perlini’s latest project is a monolithic masterpiece where design,
light and surroundings come together in perfect harmony.
Situated in a scenic location, the sculptural and monolithic F+C House is nestled in the green hills of Verona, in the renowned Torricelle area. The property covers about 2,500 square meters and offers a living area of 300 square meters.
The project is on two levels: on the ground floor, a large open space houses the living area, separated from the kitchen and dining room by a large water vapor fireplace, custom-designed by Michele Perlini.
The spaces open toward the garden thanks to large windows. On the north side is the private garage. A striking, backlit, custom-designed suspended staircase leads to the second floor, where the Japanese-inspired master suite is located, with an open bathroom and walk-in closet.

Natural oak parquet flooring by Listone Giordano was chosen for the floors, giving the rooms the warmth that only a wooden surface can provide. The natural color of the wood material matches its tones to the other surfaces and high-end furnishings expertly chosen by the architect.
F+C House is an exemplary representation of Michele Perlini’s design philosophy: essential but rich in details, where each element contributes to creating a harmonious dialogue between the interior spaces, the exterior and the surrounding natural context.
