Flexibility provided
by the crosscuts

Carefully placed incisions are cut onto the support and this gives each single plank increased longitudinal flexibility. This lets the flooring adapt itself perfectly to its support base and thus overcome any small irregularities. The result: together with the snap joints this makes sure you get a perfectly flat surface right from the start, one that does not need to be sanded or ground down after being installed.
The advantages? First: no ultra-fine dust floating about in the air. Second: the full thickness of the top layer remains whole and completely useable. And this works to the advantage of the value over time of your investment.
