of a varnished finish

A varnish finish provides the floor with a very real protective shield that makes the floor waterproof and highly resistant to wear and tear. It is therefore a very practical solution that requires little maintenance and can be treated much like flooring made with other materials. Varnished parquet floors need no other maintenance other than normal cleaning. The surface of the floor has a satiny glow to it. On the market today you will find a variety of finishes with a variety of effects: more opaque and natural, or glossier, shinier. The two main technical parameters considered are: resistance to abrasion and the relative elasticity of the varnish. But it is even more important to verify safety in terms of the emissions from solvents.
